- Licensed and experienced Registered Nurse on-call 24/7/365
- 24-hour staffing
- Nurse liaison with healthcare professionals
- Nurse review every 62 days or as needed
- Regular family communication
- Family and resident care conferences as requested/needed
- Nurse coordination of laboratory orders and results
- Medication set up and reminders
- Professional assessment at move in
- Professional nursing visit within 24 hours of a discharge from a skilled nursing facility
- Medical appointment transportation assistance
- Nightly bed checks
- Remedy Wellness Clinic (vitals, blood pressure, weight and foot)
